About CAROLYN GUNTON-LEWIS
I specialize in listing and selling properties in the Southern Minnesota Lakes area. I live on the south shore of Lake Francis with my husband Dick and Princess Lucy-our White German Shepherd. Over the past 33 years I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of nice people sell their properties and/or find the property of their dreams. My previous real estate experience includes owning and managing CENTURY 21 Lake Region Realty (with my husband Dick) from 1988 until 2017; property management and mortgage origination in Cheyenne, WY; real estate sales in Casper, WY; and ranching in the Burns, WY area. I have earned 6 CENTURION awards for sales production and am a past president of the REALTOR Association of Southern Minnesota. I love living in the Southern Minnesota lakes area and look forward to sharing this special part of Minnesota with you!
